TV Mounting, Home Theater & Smart Home Installation in Dallas, TX
A Dallas high-rise condo, a 1920s cottage, and a brand-new custom build each need a different plan to get the same clean result. Jetcam A/V installs smart home and AV systems for homes and businesses across Dallas. We figure out what your building allows, then design TVs, sound, WiFi, cameras, and lighting that fit the space and are easy to use.
Condos, cottages, and custom builds
Dallas housing varies block by block. In Uptown and downtown, many residents live in high-rise condos and loft conversions, where concrete walls and ceilings limit where wire can run and building management usually has rules about contractors and work hours. Older neighborhoods like the M Streets and Lakewood are known for 1920s and 1930s homes, including the M Streets' Tudor-style cottages. And across the city, teardowns and infill builds keep new construction going in established areas. For condos, we often lean on wireless Lutron controls and surface-friendly mounting. For new builds, we prewire.

Why Dallas homeowners and businesses choose Jetcam A/V
Because we handle AV, networking, cameras, and lighting under one roof, you don't have to coordinate three contractors in a building that only allows work during set hours. When you add Lutron, we install the in-wall dimmers ourselves, never a subcontractor. We also offer OvrC remote management for $43.29/mo, which lets us monitor your network and connected devices and often fix problems without a visit. Dallas FAQs
Can you mount a TV on a concrete wall in a high-rise?
In many cases, yes, using anchors rated for concrete. Hiding the wires is the harder part, since you can't fish cable through solid concrete. We'll look at options like a nearby furred wall, a media cabinet, or a slim raceway, and we'll confirm your building's rules before we start.
Do I need new wiring for Lutron in my condo?
Often not. Wireless Lutron dimmers and keypads can replace existing switches, which works well when running new wire isn't practical.
How much does a service call cost?
It's $190 plus tax with a two-hour minimum. Installs are scheduled Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
