Networking & UniFi WiFi Installation in Dallas–Fort Worth

Slow WiFi and dead zones usually come down to the network, not your internet plan. Jetcam A/V designs and installs Ubiquiti UniFi networks for homes and businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth. We use wired Ethernet where reliability matters and place access points for coverage throughout the property. We build clean, labeled racks and configure everything, so streaming, smart home devices, cameras, and your work-from-home setup all get the connection they need.

FAQs

Why is my WiFi slow in parts of the house?

The usual causes are a single router in one corner, dense walls, lots of connected devices, and interference. Adding properly placed, wired access points often helps more than paying for a faster plan.

How is UniFi different from a store-bought mesh system?

Many consumer mesh systems connect their units wirelessly, which can cut speed. UniFi access points are usually wired back to a switch, which keeps performance consistent, and the whole network is managed from one place.

Do you have to run new cables?

Wired access points perform best. In finished homes we can often fish cable through walls and attics. In new construction, a low-voltage prewire is the easiest time to do it.

Can you help if something goes wrong later?

Yes. Ask about our OvrC remote management plan, which lets us check supported devices remotely and help troubleshoot.
