FAQs

Can you mount a TV above my fireplace?

Usually, yes. First we check the wall structure, the heat coming off the fireplace, and the viewing height. If a fixed mount would put the TV too high, a pull-down mount such as MantelMount can bring the screen down to eye level.

Can you hide the wires?

In most drywall installs we can run the cables inside the wall. Stone, brick, and blocked stud bays can limit the options. If that's the case, we'll go over the alternatives before we start.

How much does TV mounting cost?

It depends on the TV size, the mount, the wall type, and the wiring. Basic TV installation starts at $170 (mount not included) and includes relocating power behind the TV; Samsung Frame TVs and larger projects cost more. Request a quote and we'll send an estimate.

Do I need to buy the mount?

No. You can supply your own mount, or we can recommend one that fits your TV and wall.
