This Website provides general information about our services. Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell or a binding quote. Any installation, low-voltage, smart-home, or other work we perform is governed by the written quote or agreement we give each customer, which sets out the scope, pricing, schedule, and any other terms for that work. If these Terms conflict with a customer's written quote or agreement, the written quote or agreement controls for that work.

Limitations of Use

By using this Website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description. Jetcam A/V, LLC offers text messaging to customers and prospective customers who provide their mobile number and agree to receive texts from us, for example by submitting our contact/quote form or by texting us. Messages may include replies to your inquiries, appointment and project updates, and occasional informational and promotional messages about our services.

Message frequency. You will receive messages sent in response to your inquiries and occasional informational/promotional messages, up to twice a week.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out and help. Text STOP to (817) 720-0737 to opt out; text HELP for help. You can also reply STOP to any message from us. After you text STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to buy any of our products or services.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We handle your mobile number and messaging data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.jetcamav.com/privacy-policy. We do not share your mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained on this Website is owned by or licensed to Jetcam A/V and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial, temporary use.

To the extent permitted by law, Jetcam A/V's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
